Christology is the division of systematic theology which considers the Son as one of the persons of the triune Godhead, emphasizing who he is as distinct from the Father and Spirit. This area is primarily concerned with answering two basic questions. Who is the Son? And, what is the Son doing? Also of importance is the work of the Son as it relates to the Incarnation.
